I'm a previous Dr. Kuhlengel patient, I went to Dr. St. Onge with a stimulator upgrade and battery swap out back in July. I had symptoms of a pinched nerve which was confirmed by an MRI 9/25 showed L4/5 severely herniated with a piece of bone. Dr. St. Onge explained no therapy/conservative measures will correct it only a discectomy with hardware replacement and auto/allo grafts. It was very hurtful to walk, or to try to do anything at all. My surgery was 11/17 at LGH hospital. I woke up in PACU with no spinal headache, immediately felt relief on my right side, no more pinching! Dr. St. Onge is absolutely wonderful along with his nurse Heather, and his PA Kayla. Never hesitate to answer any questions, very helpful, explains your options, honest, non judgemental. So nice to walk into an office feeling better than when you walked in! Words can't express my gratitude for Dr. St. Onge, his staff! Thank you doesn't seem to be enough words. Don't be like me and wait thinking it will get better, it gets worse, may end ruining something else. LOG deserves more than 5 stars. Some doctors love what they do, love helping people get better, God blesses them with a talent, Dr. St. Onge is that kind of doctor.

I see Dr.Renz for my ortho needs over the past 30 yrs. I've seen his new PA Travis who provides excellent care and was already knowledgeable about my history and current issues. Overall LOG is an excellent provider for all your ortho needs. They can get you in to see a provider quickly and whoever you see will be up to date with your care plans, concerns, treatments, pain, and discharge plans. They provide imaging at their offices and even have an MRI and Urgent Ortho Care at the Granite Run office. I highly recommend LOG for any ortho concerns you may have. They are up to date with the latest procedures but work with you at your pace whether you prefer a less invasive treatment plan like exercises, injections, or are ready to have a surgical procedure if necessary. Everyone at their locations are very nice from scheduling to imaging to the providers and checkout. I highly recommend LOG for any ortho needs.

I can’t recommend Brian Walters at LOG highly enough! I came in with broken toes, and he provided exceptional care from start to finish. His gentle manipulation and expert taping made a world of difference, and he carefully placed my foot into a walking boot with such precision and care. I felt truly seen, heard, and cared for during the entire visit. Thank you, Brian, for your professionalism and compassionate treatment—you made a painful experience much more manageable!

I was recently and have been in the past very satisfied with the care from LOG.// Dr. Jackson and his nurse/ assistant were very patient with answering questions and detailed a good plan of action for wound care and advice for moving forward. I saw Craig Lehman PA-C. One of the best experiences I have had w a new doctor at a practice I've never been to before. Was determined to help and get to the bottom of what was wrong immediately. Very friendly and genuinely seemed to care. This is the level of care all doctors and practices should be providing. 5 stars, hands down!
